Our site is located between K and M Street SW with 3rd Street to the east and the Waterfront Station development at the metro on the neighboring block directly to the west. Our goal in Southwest Washington DC is to enhance the community by creating a primarily residential, transit-oriented project that encompasses DC’s Storm Water and Green initiatives while respecting and complimenting the architectural diversity of the existing residential buildings. The site plan has been expertly crafted to minimize the impacts on neighboring properties while maintaining the development pattern of large open green spaces among buildings in Southwest.

Specifically, the second phase of the project will create a new apartment building in the existing parking lot as well as connect the existing apartment apartment building with the new residental tower. The development will include a complete renovation and rehabilition of the existing building which is historic and was constructed by I.M. Pei in the 1960's.
